Here's a few tips: Keep the seat height a tiny bit shorter than
your leg completely stretch with the crank arm downwards.( or the
pedal if you prefer) Now you will have much more balance riding your uni;
the higher you are the harder you ... fall? No that is completely
false!!!

Pedal 90° to 120° back angle with your frame

Middle part of the foot on the pedal

push seat up with the other leg

start idling
When your unicycle is position on the floor take a few
steps back, then walk quickly and... kick up! That way you'll have more
energy, more drive into you're mounts. Okay, now let's learn how
